St. Clair Shores — A 7-year-old boy said a man urinated on his shoulder last week in a men’s restroom at the Grosse Pointe Woods Lake Front Park pool.
The suspect about 3 p.m. Thursday approached the boy with the zipper of his shorts open and his penis exposed, St. Clair Shores police officials said. He called the boy’s attention to his genital area before urinating on the boy’s shoulder, police said.
The youngster was facing a urinal when the man urinated on him, police said.
After the incident, the boy told his grandmother what had happened, and she attempted to talk to the suspect, who left the area without saying anything, police said.
The park is located in St. Clair Shores but is open only to residents of Grosse Pointe Woods, police said.
Police said the suspect is described as a white man who was clean shaven with olive-colored skin. He had short hair and wore a University of Michigan baseball cap. He also wore a blue shirt and tan shorts.
Those with information can call St. Clair Shores police at (586) 445-5300.
